2 servings

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 500 g Billa Genusswelt Maccheroni Al Ferretto
  • 731 g Berger Backofenschinken
  • 250 g Bio-Heumilch-Sauerrahm
  • 150 g Schärdinger Gouda
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Muskatnuss, Butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat and grease a baking dish with a little butter. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and then drain.
  2. Cut the ham into small, bite-sized cubes and coarsely grate the Gouda. You can save a portion of the ham for other meals or use it all for an extra hearty version.
  3. In a large bowl, vigorously mix the sour cream with salt, pepper, and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg. Fold in the drained pasta, ham cubes, and half of the grated Gouda.
  4. Transfer everything into the prepared baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
