Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may do so by email, by letter, or via the withdrawal function on the Platform. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to your notice of withdrawal compared with the full scope of the services agreed in the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for a contract for digital services if we have only begun performance after you have

• expressly consented that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, and
• confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon complete performance of the contract by us.

We obtain this consent and confirmation in the order process where access to the subscription is unlocked immediately.
