Preparation

Finely grate both types of cheese or cut them into very small cubes.
Heat a pot with a splash of water and slowly melt the cheese over low heat while stirring constantly.
Season the melted cheese mixture generously with salt, pepper, and freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately while hot.
