4 servings

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 Stk. Ramen Nudeln
  • 400 g Zucchini
  • 2 Stk. Spitzpaprika
  • 200 g Frischkäse
  • 1 Stk. Bio Zitrone
  • Öl
  • Salz, Pfeffer

Preparation

  1. Wash, trim, and cut the zucchini and pointed peppers into bite-sized pieces. Wash the lemon in hot water, grate some zest, and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve about 150 ml of pasta water before draining.
  3. Heat some oil in a large pan and fry the vegetables for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese, reserved pasta water, lemon juice, and lemon zest until a creamy sauce forms.
  4. Toss the drained noodles with the sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
