400 g Frisches Puten-Geschnetzeltes

400 g Cremespinat

100 g Mozzarella gerieben

Öl, Salz, Pfeffer
Preparation
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the turkey strips on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cream spinach directly to the pan with the meat and heat over medium heat until completely thawed.
- Stir in the grated mozzarella until it has melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season everything again with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot immediately.
