Preparation
- Bake the frozen potato products in the oven until golden brown and crispy according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, peel the sausages and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion.
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the diced onion until translucent, then add the sausages and fry until crispy on all sides.
- Serve the roasted sausages with the onions and crispy potatoes hot on plates.
