Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 400 g Kaiserschnitzel vom STROHwohlschwein
  • 300 g Eierschwammerl
  • 100 g Handl Tyrol Feine Speckwürfel
  • 1 Stk. Philadelphia
  • Salz, Pfeffer, Öl

Preparation

  1. Clean the chanterelles and leave them whole or halve them depending on their size. Pat the pork schnitzels dry, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until golden brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
  3. Fry the bacon cubes in the remaining fat until crispy, then add the chanterelles and fry over high heat.
  4. Stir in the Philadelphia cream cheese and let it melt over low heat until a creamy sauce forms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Return the schnitzels to the pan, warm them briefly in the sauce and serve hot.
