Preparation

  1. Rinse the thawed king prawns with cold water, pat dry, and fry in a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
  2. Meanwhile, wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Halve and pit the avocados, slice the flesh into strips, and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.
  3. Briefly warm the tortillas in a dry pan or in the oven, then spread evenly with the cream cheese.
  4. Distribute the fried prawns, avocado strips, and tomatoes over the tortillas, roll up tightly, and serve immediately.
