Preparation
- Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Finely dice the onion, cut the ham into strips, and grate the farmer's cheese.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, briefly sauté the onions and ham.
- Deglaze with cream, stir in the grated cheese, and let it melt over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and serve warm.
